Enterprise audit

9 August 2013. the plant signed an agreement with the Federal Budget Office «Federal Railroad Certification Register» (FBU «РСФЖТ») to conduct inspection control of the enterprise in terms of compliance of asynchronous electric motors 4АЖ225М6О2 with the requirements of regulatory documents. Within the framework of the contract for inspection control, a work schedule was agreed., which includes three main stages: 
1 stage – Carrying out work on the collection and analysis of data on the quality of certified products. Preliminary acquaintance with the documentation for the objects of verification. Development of an inspection control program;
2 stage – Inspection control and drawing up an inspection report;
3 stage – Consideration of the inspection report by the FBU management «RS FŽT». Conclusion on audit materials.
At the moment, it has already been prepared and submitted to the FBU for consideration «RS FŽT» a set of necessary documentation with a completed questionnaire, which covers issues related to the organizational structure, production, quality, staff.
