AIUM225 series for the drive of scraper and belt conveyors

Explosion-proof asynchronous electric motors AIUM 225 M 4, АИУМ 225 TO 4, АИУМ 225 SB 4, АИУМ 225 L4 with soft coil winding and AIUM 225-1M4, AIUM250-1SA4, АИУМ250-1МВ4 with winding from rigid coils designed to drive scraper conveyors in underground workings of coal and shale mines, hazardous for methane and coal dust.
Engines are manufactured for deliveries to countries with moderate (version U5) and tropical (execution T5) climate. Designed for operation in S1 mode from AC mains with frequency 50 and 60 Hz. Operation is allowed in S4 mode with duty cycle = 60% up to 22 on / h.
Explosion protection level of motors – RV 3V.
Protection class of motors – IP54 (AIUM 250-1MV4 engines – IP55).
Insulation class – F (AIUM engines 225 – 1M4, АИУМ 250 – 1SA4, АИУМ 250 – 1MB4 – N).
Motors have temperature sensors-relays built into the stator winding. Engines, for export – temperature switches are installed at the request of the customer.
Mounting version IM4001, М9701, M9702 (cm. table 41).
Electric motors are manufactured for voltage 380 or 660 V (AIUM engines 250 – 1MV4 are manufactured for voltage 660/1140 V).
AIUM motors terminal box 225 SA4, АИУМ 225 SB4 (mounting version М9701, IM4001), АИУМ 225 M4, АИУМ 225 – 1M4, АИУМ 225 L4 has three feed-through and one support power terminals, two feed-through and one support clamps of the control circuit.
AIUM motors terminal box 225 SB4(mounting version М9702), АИУМ 250 – 1SA4 and AIUM 250 – 1MV4 has six pass-through power clamps, two feed-through and one support terminal of the control circuit. In this case, switching from «stars» on «triangle» and back is made in the terminal box using jumpers.
