Electric motors for drive of cantilever monoblock pumps are three-phase asynchronous single-speed squirrel-cage motors.
The motors are designed for operation in temperate climates with installation under a canopy in the absence of direct exposure to solar radiation and atmospheric precipitation.
According to the operating conditions in terms of the impact of mechanical factors of the external environment, the motors belong to the M1 group of GOST 17516.1, that is, they must withstand vibration from external sources with acceleration up to 5 m / s2 with a frequency of up to 35 Hz. The motors can be operated at heights up to 1000 m above sea level without reducing the load and allow operation in dusty air up to 10 mg / m3 non-explosive dust.
Motors are manufactured for rated voltage 220 V /380 V at mains frequency 50 Hz. At the request of consumers, motors can be manufactured for other rated voltages up to 690 V at mains frequency 50 and 60 Hz. Motors can operate with voltage and frequency deviations, specified in GOST 28173 (MEC 600034-1).
The motors are made in a closed blown design – cooling method IC0141 according to GOST 20459.
IP degree of motor protection 54. The free shaft end is designed to seat the pump impeller
Motors have the following mounting designs and in accordance with GOST 2479.
• 6AMU160…Ž – IM2021;
• 6AMU180…Ž – IM2021.
The engine has an input device type K-3-I (with terminal block and one spigot). Motors can be manufactured with an input device of the K-Z-II type (with two unions).
The design and dimensions of the input devices are similar to those of the 4AMU engines, 6AMU basic version.
The motors have an insulation system with a heat resistance class «F». Dimension engines 160 have a service factor 1,15.
Motors can be manufactured with built-in temperature protection sensors.
The technical data of the motors are given in the attached file.. Tolerances for the given parameters in accordance with GOST 28173 (MEC 60034-1).
