Technical re-equipment

As part of the implementation of Measures to improve production efficiency and reduce production costs, the enterprise has outlined the ways of technical re-equipment of technological processes. After all, it's not a secret to anyone, what, in order for products to be competitive, it is necessary that all technological processes are competitive, performed during its manufacture.
To solve this problem, a number of technological processes have already been outlined., which will be optimized, these are processes such as: machining of cast iron bodies, covers and sleeves of the terminal box; machining of shafts with diameters from 43mm to 180mm; cutting of billets of shafts with a maximum circle diameter of 200mm. The list of necessary high-tech equipment has already been determined (CNC turning-horizontal machining center, CNC screw-cutting lathe, band saw machine, etc.). Negotiations are underway with suppliers to purchase it.
The introduction of new technological processes using modern equipment will allow the enterprise to reduce production areas, optimize transport technological chains, reduce the time and cost of operations, and most importantly, to improve the quality and, accordingly, the competitiveness of products.
