As part of the implementation of the Activities «Reducing production costs and increasing production efficiency» the enterprise has developed targeted measures to reduce energy costs in 2013.
Energy saving at the enterprise – one of the most difficult tasks, the solution of which will take the company to the pinnacle of prosperity. After all, no matter how much we talk about high matters, worrying about the state of the environment, which with the development of mankind becomes only sadder, the decisive factor has always been and will be the cost, the reduction of which will be a real Christmas present for any organization. Therefore, the main goal of introducing energy-saving technologies is to save money as much as possible by saving electricity., water, fuel, especially when it comes to a large enterprise.
The developed activities include tasks of various directions, from the installation of energy-saving lamps and ending with the reconstruction of the compressed air supply system for production workshops.
According to p. 3.20 rules for the use of electricity (NS. 3.56 in the new edition), as well as the NERC Resolution (National Energy Regulatory Commission) from 17.10.2005 №910 – all consumers of electrical energy with a connected capacity of more than 150 kW and an average monthly consumption of more than 50 thousand kW * hour are obliged to install local equipment for collecting and processing data LOSOD or an automated system for commercial metering of electrical energy ASKUE. At the moment, this is one of the priority tasks in terms of energy saving..
The introduction of the LOSOD system will allow the company to purchase electricity at the tariffs of the wholesale electricity market. It will become a tool for the effective resolution of economic disputes with related sub-subscriber organizations., excludes cases of overstatement, underreporting or incorrect distribution of electricity volumes by sub-subscribers by the hour of the day in their favor. By installing smart meters and improving metering accuracy, possible under-metering of electricity at low loads will be excluded. And ultimately, the introduction of an energy metering system will give a complete and accurate picture of electricity consumption (how, who, at what time and why was it consumed), which means there will be complete understanding, what you paid for and how much you need to plan for future periods.
