According to contract No. 27 dated 04.02.2013 with GP «Kherson standard metrology» in February, the enterprise carried out technical supervision over the production of electrical machines across the entire range of the plant. The audit program included three based stages:  
1. Development of a technical supervision program;
2. Participation in testing of certified products;
3. Carrying out technical supervision of certified products (with direct production verification).
Within the framework of the contract regulations, the Technical Supervision Program was developed, which includes about 30 production verification activities. The main directions of the program were: Management of technical and regulatory documents; supervision over the effectiveness of incoming control; supervision over the quality and stability of technological processes; control tests of product samples.
For testing certified products, a sample of products was selected (electric motor 4AMU250S2U2). After testing the selected sample (according to protocol No. 4024-4 / 13С from 26.02.3013) a conclusion was made on the full compliance of this product with the requirements of GOST 183-74, GOST28330-89, GOST12.2.007.0-75 and GOST12.2.007.1-75.
The final stage of the audit was a production check. Based on the result of the production check, report No. 001 TN-040 with conclusion, that during the passage of technical supervision of production, no shortcomings and deviations were revealed, which may entail the release of products that do not correspond to design and regulatory documentation.
