ISO9001-2008 System Certification

WITH 7 on 9 November, the factory Quality Management System passed recertification check for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO9001-2008. Audited by SGS, company, which is a world leader in the field of inspection services, expertise, testing and certification, as well as recognized by the world standard of quality and business ethics.
The main purpose of the audit – confirm, that the quality management system at LLC «НКЭМехЗ» developed, implemented and maintained in accordance with the requirements of the ISO9001-2008 standard.
The inspection of the plant was carried out in accordance with the developed plan, which includes monitoring of all business processes operating at the enterprise.. Based on the results of the audit, the auditors prepared a report confirming the compliance with the current LLC «НКЭМехЗ» Quality management system according to ISO9001-2008.

From the history: In accordance with order No. 46 dated 02.24.203. at the plant, work began on the development and implementation of a Quality Management System corresponding to the requirements of the international standard ISO9001-2000. This work was headed by the technical director as a representative from the management of the enterprise. For the development and implementation of the System, a quality management group was created (ГУК) The progress of all work was monitored by the coordinating council. By December 2003, all the planned work on the development and implementation of the system had been completed.. 23.February 2004. The system has been certified.
At the moment, the enterprise operates within the System «Quality manual for the production and warranty service of electrical machines, generators and mine fans» (RK-01-2009) and 36 STP enterprise standards.
