Inspection control

with 13 on 15 November 2012 at the enterprise passed inspection control over certified products – electric motors for driving fans of locomotives of the 4АЖ225М6О2 series. Audited by the Russian Federal Budgetary Institution «Federal Railroad Certification Register» (FBU «RS FŽT»). Within the framework of the contract for inspection control, a work schedule was agreed., which includes three main stages: 
1 stage – Carrying out work on the collection and analysis of data on the quality of certified products. Preliminary acquaintance with the documentation for the objects of verification. Development of an inspection control program;
2 stage – Inspection control and drawing up an inspection report;
3 stage – Consideration of the inspection report by the FBU management «RS FŽT». Conclusion on audit materials.
As part of the audit program by the representative of the FBU «RS FŽT» a check was carried out for: compliance with the rules and procedures in the design, technological and accompanying documentation; tested by certified products; state of production; incoming inspection of materials and components; product quality; metrological support and the availability of a quality system at the enterprise.
Based on the results of the audit, an act confirming, that certified products – electric motors 4АЖ225М6О2 meet the requirements of regulatory documents, confirmed during certification.
